Katy graduated from Kutztown University with a major in Anthropology and minor in Sociology in 2012. She has worked previously in the corporate world dealing with transferring stock accounts and now has made the transition into the nonprofit sector as that is where her heart is. She has a passion for affecting change in her community and cares deeply about the fight for health care. She has been a campaign volunteer, both at the national and local level and understands the importance of working with all community members as health care affects us all. Katy is also a board member of her Home Owners Association and is involved in her local area politics. In her free time she enjoys spending quality time with her friends, family and husband, along with their dog Nova.
