Bill England serves as staff for the Montgomery County Safety Net Coalition. He has experience in organizing, building coalitions and system change in working to improve access to basic services. Bill has worked as an advocate for public education, early childhood education, welfare and income rights, food insecurity and access to health care services. Bill graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with an MSW and concentration in Community Organizing, Planning and Administration. Bill is actively involved in politics and policymaking and serves as an elected School Board Director.
