Montgomery County Pandemic Recovery Funds

Understanding the process or details for applying for funding can be difficult, but the Pennsylvania Health Access Network (PHAN) is here to help. Along with its partners, the Tri-County Community Network and the Philip Jaisohn Memorial Foundation, we offer the following assistance in a funded partnership with the Montgomery County Recovery Office:

  • General support and technical help to answer questions, explain the process, and help navigate application systems
  • Pre-submission review of your submission to ensure it is complete
  • Training and assistance on how to craft a clear, effective submission
  • Assistance with finding community-specific data that supports your submission

PHAN and our partners are pleased to be able to provide:

  • Support to applicants in Spanish, Korean, and Mandarin Chinese
  • Support to applicants with disabilities or impairments

Receipt of technical assistance is not required for idea or project submissions and will not be a factor that is included in the scoring of ideas and submissions. It is free and open to all idea or project submissions that specifically benefit those who live and/or work in Montgomery County, PA.
