PHAN’s newly released report, Consumer Perspectives on Pennsylvania’s Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP), identifies and explores barriers consumers face when accessing transportation to medical appointments. It includes data from over 400 survey responses collected during 2019 and 2020 alongside stories from healthcare consumers about using the MATP program.
