Juanita Frances Phillips is a Philadelphia native. Juanita graduated from Germantown Friends School in Philadelphia and later traveled to Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio. Juanita’s career began working for local non-profit organizations where she supported government efforts to improve community access to healthcare, education, and employment opportunities. As an Employment Counselor in West Philadelphia, Juanita helped support welfare recipients find gainful employment. As Director of Career Services at All State Career School, Juanita focused on networking to find employment opportunities for the student body. At a young age, Juanita’s mother was diagnosed with cancer. Juanita’s personal experience fuels her professional passions. In 2010, Juanita founded East Falls Consulting Group. East Falls Consulting Group is a multifaceted independent brokerage group that focuses on increasing transparency in the insurance industry. EFC utilizes a needs-based approach to health insurance enrollment that allows clients to access the best available health care options. Juanita gives free educational seminars throughout the state on topics including, financial literacy, Medicare, and retirement. Juanita currently lives in Philadelphia.
