Victoria is a lifelong member of rural Pennsylvania who returned to the Dillsburg area to help bring her local communities into discussions of health equity. A recent graduate of Lafayette College with a Bachelors in Biochemistry and minor in Anthropology and Sociology, she has a background in technical sciences and a grounding in cultural difference and diversity. She discovered her perfect storm of intellectual pursuits in the realms of public health and social welfare reform, and learned that through effective community engagement and collaborations that real progress can be made. Her time in college was spent as a community outreach coordinator, volunteer, educator, and leader in her local area. Her free time is filled with cats, exploration, sports, new foods, and music.
