Where Is the March for Health Reform at Today?

For the past six days, a core group of health reform advocates, joined by hundreds at points along the way, have been on a march from Philadelphia to Washington, D.C. to deliver a message to Congress that we cannot wait any longer for health care reform.

You can follow the ups and downs of their journey at the web site www.melaniesmarch.com, including dispatches from the road, photos, videos and health care stories that the marchers will be bringing to Congress.

The marchers, including members of the PA Health Access Network, plan to arrive in Washington on Wednesday, February 24, just before President Obama’s Health Care Summit. So, as the summit begins, this group of tireless advocates will be there to tell lawmakers enough is enough - now is the time to get health reform done and to get it done right.

You can follow the route of the marchers and check out a list of events online. And follow in real time the story of the marchers as they make their way to Washington at www.melaniesmarch.com.
